| Random Number Generator Certificate
Operator: Blue Stone Interactive
Entertainment Limited

This is to certify that iTech
Labs has evaluated the Random Number Generator (RNG)
used in the Blue Stone system and found that the RNG
complies with the relevant AGCC standard.
The Blue Stone system uses a hardware RNG device along
with a Pseudo RNG as backup. The Pseudo RNG uses a widely
recognized algorithm to generate the random numbers.
The raw numbers generated by both RNGs have passed Marsaglia's
"diehard" tests for statistical randomness.
iTech Labs has evaluated the shuffling of the cards
for all card games. Chi-squared tests were applied to
shuffled single decks without joker for sample sizes
of 1000 decks to 50,000 decks for a total of over 1
million decks. These tests were applied to suits 1-4,
ranks 1-13 and cards 1-52 using numbers generated by
the Pseudo RNG. The tests were repeated for the numbers
generated by the hardware RNG. iTech Labs has found
that the card sequences are unpredictable and non-repeatable
for both RNGs.
iTech Labs has applied Chi-squared tests to scaled numbers
for non-cards games (reel lengths, bingo numbers, feature
numbers, scratch game numbers). The tests were conducted
for both hardware device and the Pseudo RNG. The results
have indicated statistical randomness.
The certified code for the RNG has been fingerprinted.

to test all possible scenarios in a laboratory environment,
iTech Labs has conducted a level of testing appropriate
for a component test of this type.
